Independently designed and developed a dual-purpose system: a public website and an internal admin tool. It includes a classroom reservation module, public info pages, and a role/permission system. Officers can assign roles, manage groups, and track unpaid fees—streamlining coordination and transparency.
Acts as both public hub and admin entry. Prominent club name, quick links to Instagram/Facebook, and sections on activities, mission, and values. Sidebar links to events, reservations, accounting, approvals, history, and permission management.
Members book specific dates/times. The schedule mixes academic periods with evening hourly slots; checkboxes allow multi-slot selection and one-click confirmation—cutting conflicts and admin work.
Admins process rental requests with request ID, applicant, room, date, and time slot—plus approve/reject actions for smooth scheduling.
Lists all bookings with status labels (approved/pending/rejected) and a direct cancel action—keeping history transparent and tidy.
Shows ID, class, student No., name, phone, group, and permission. One-click promote/demote and search-by-name keep roles current and accurate.
