Designed and developed a dual-purpose platform combining a public-facing club website with an internal administration system. Features include classroom reservations, approval workflows, member and group management, role-based permissions, fee tracking, and public information pages—centralizing routine club operations in one system.

Acts as both public hub and admin entry. Prominent club name, quick links to Instagram/Facebook, and sections on activities, mission, and values. Sidebar links to events, reservations, accounting, approvals, history, and permission management.
Members book specific dates/times. The schedule mixes academic periods with evening hourly slots; checkboxes allow multi-slot selection and one-click confirmation—cutting conflicts and admin work.
Admins process rental requests with request ID, applicant, room, date, and time slot—plus approve/reject actions for smooth scheduling.
Lists all bookings with status labels (approved/pending/rejected) and a direct cancel action—keeping history transparent and tidy.
Shows ID, class, student No., name, phone, group, and permission. One-click promote/demote and search-by-name keep roles current and accurate.
